ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE ALLAN W. SCHULER
WHEREAS, Allan W. Schuler, S107 W19883 North Shore Drive
has requested permission to construct a 24' x 30' second garage
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial. adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Allan W. Schuler to construct a 24' x 30' second
garage structure at S107 W19883 North Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
