RECOMMEND APPROVALfDISAPPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
FOR LOT 14, BLOCK 4 MEADOW DALE SUBDIVISION
RESOLUTION IP.~. 136-87
WHEREAS, It has been requested of the Common Council for
legal lot status on lot 14, block 4 Meadow Dale Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This lot is zoned RS2, and
WHEREAS, The lot seeking legal lot status has an average
width of 93', 84.5% of the required 110' and a lot area of 13,485
square feet 67.4% of the required 20,000' and
WHEREAS, The petitioner has submitted signatures of
neighbors not objecting to this legal lot status.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve legal lot status for lot 14, block 4
approve/disapprove
Meadow Dale Subdivsion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
compliance with state statute requirements for the vacating of
street right of way.
