WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to the
sketch which was approved in Resolution #P.C. 121-87.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for a 38,000 square foot division in the
NE 114 of Section 25 and recommends approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $200.00 park dedication
fee and subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
