ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ZINSKI-W193 S7137 HILLVIEW DRIVE
WHEREAS, Tony Zinski, W193 S7137 Hillview Drive has
requested permission to construct a 12' x 18' second garage
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS3 District, and
WHEREAS, The adjoining property owners have been notified.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Tony Zinski to construct a 12' x 18' second garage
structure at W193 S7137 Hillview Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
