OSCHMANN-NE 114 SECTION 15
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 15,000 square foot
parcel from an existing three acre parcel in the NE 114 of
Section 15, and
WHEREAS, This is the second division of this parcel, and
WHEREAS, The parcel conforms to the RS3 district in which
it is located.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the one parcel division in the NE 114 of Section 15 and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of $200.00 park
dedication fee and receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and approval of the city
engineers.
