WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 120,900 square foot lot
from an eleven (11) acre parcel in the NE 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RCE requiring a 120,000
square foot lot with a 300' average width, and
WHEREAS, The remaining parcel will abut Field Drive by 47'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and would be receptive to a certified survey map along
with the required perc test.
