APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
GLEN OAKS - NW 1/4 SECTION 7
W#BRW$, A preliminary plat has been submitted for a six
lot subdivision of the McClurg property in the NW 1/4 of Section
7, and
WHEREAS, These lots are approximately three (3) acres in
size, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed that these lots will be served with
a mound septic system, and
WHEREAS, The plat does not show a turn around for the
proposed street.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the six lot subdivision and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to the placement of the proposed turn around and
easements and compliance with all the objecting agencies
concerns.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a developer's agreement be
submitted with the final plat.
