APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT

WHEREAS, The final plat for a one lot subdivision has
submitted, and
WHEREAS', The preliminary plat was approved in Resolut
#P.C. 99-87, and
WHEREAS, The final plat appears to conform to the
preliminary plat, and

WHEREAS. The City Engineers have listed concerns regarding
the road extention, and
WHEREAS, All other objecting agencies have approved this
final plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to the concerns of the City Engineers being addressed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent
of the developer's agreement, upon the submittal and approval
payment of park dedication fees
other fees required by Section
, and subject to receipt of all
10 of the land division ordinance.
