RESOLUTION #P.c. 128-87 APPROVAL OF SIGN - UNITED AUTO BODY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 3' X 6' free
standing, illuminated sign for United Auto Body, and
WHEREAS, This sign is to be located on the southwest corner
of Bay Lane and Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be located outside of the vision
setback area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 3' X 6' internally illuminated sign located outside the
vision setback area for United Auto Body.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the building inspector will
physically locate the free standing sign on the property and that
only one free standing sign will be allowed.
