APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
PARRSIDE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divded 38 lots in the NW 1/4, SE
1/11 and NE 1/11, SE 1/11 of Section 18, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat has been submitted to Racine
County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat for Parkside Heights Subdivision and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a 38 lot
subdivision in the NW 1/11, SE 1/4 and NE 1/4, SE 1/11 of Section
18, Town of Norway.
