WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop 47 lots in the SW 1/11 of
Section 2, and
WHEREAS, This area has recently been rezoned to RS2/0PD in
concept, and
WHEREAS, The 47 single family lots conform to this RS2/0PD
district, and
~ WHEREAS, The Plan Commission requested further review of
the road layout.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
1 the amended sketch from a plat that called for six duplex lots to
a plat that will be developed for 47 single family units in the
SW 1/11 of Section 2.
