APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LEONARD E. LEWINS
TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to create four lots from the
property located at the SW corner of Linda and Halverson in the
SE and SW 1/11 of Section 2, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Leonard E. Lewins, Town of Waterford
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a four lot
division of the property located at the SW corner of Linda and
Halverson in the SE and SW 1/11 of Section 2, Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the receipt of $50.00 submittal fee.
