WHEREAS, It is proposed to create three parcels from the
property known as 27411 North Lake Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section
6 and the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Joseph/Karen Pinter, Town of Norway
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a three parcel
division of the property known as 27411 North Lake Drive in the
SE 1/4 of Section 6 and the NE 1/11 of Section 7, Town of Norway.
