WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 38,000 square foot lot
from 7.75 acres of land in the NE 1/11 of Section 25, and
WHEREAS, This division conforms to the B4 district which
requires 30,000 square feet and 150' average width, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of the division is to divide the
dwelling and outbuildings from the rest of the property, and
WHEREAS, This dwelling is a non-conforming use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch to divide a 38,000 square foot lot from 7.75 acres of
land in the NE 1/4 of Section 25 and would be receptive to a
certified survey map.
