WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a free standing sign in
the proposed right of way, and
WHEREAS, This building is located at the base setback line,
and
WHEREAS, There are two legal non-conforming projecting
signs on the building along with a flat wall sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the request for this sign in the proposed
right of way subject to the Board of Appeals granting a variance.
