APPROVAL OF BUILDING,-SITE i -OPERATION PLAN

WHEREAS,

It is proposed to construct an approximate 45,000
,ilding for the Muskego Pick & Save in the NW & SW
10, and
The parking area and landscaping is shown on the
The signage is being submitted for a free standing
type and flat wall sign both of which conform to our zoning
ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for Muskego Pick & Save.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned
upon the following restrictions:
1. Hours of non-emergency delivery from 5:30 A.M. to 10:30
P.M.
2. Any dumpster would be fenced on all sides with an
accessible entry gate which would remain closed.
3. Property be kept free and clean from debris and blowing
paper.
4. Lighting be shielded from adjacent properties and
Highway 24 in accordance with the City of Milwaukee's light
ordinance.
5. Several trees be added to the front of the building and
island areas approximately 10' wide and 40' long landscaped
with trees at the corners of the parking lot.
