RESOLUTION YPsC. 116-87
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT WOODCREST HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat has been submitted on June 26,
1987 for Woodcrest Heights, and
WHEREAS, A sketch had previously been submitted and tabled
on July 7, 1987, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must act within 25 days of
submittal of a preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
and includes all changes required by reviewing agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 30' easement be indicated on
the final plat to provide access from Carol Drive along the north
lot line of lot 64 to Outlot 1."
