WHEREAS, A certified survey map and deed restrictions f
two lot division of city owned property on Fairfield Drive in
SW 1/11 of Section 12 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved by the Plan Commission
Resolution #P.C. 39-87, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
approved sketch.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and deed restrictions for the city owned
lots on Fairfield Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 and recommend
approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
payment of the $400.00 park dedication fee.
