APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN DAWES - W144 S6309 COLLEGE COURT
WHEREAS, A revised building, site, and operation plan has
been submitted for W144 S6309 College Court, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing building on the property, and
WHEREAS, An operational plan has been submitted stating
that the building will be used for a business of operation for
vehicles and light maintenance of same vehicles.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned
upon the following items being accomplished:
1. Dustproof from the north entrance drive down to parking
area of lot to be completed by June 30, 1988.
2. Dirt piles to be converted into a berm with tree
plantings from the DNR in double row type fashion every
l2'-to be completed by July 30, 1988.
3. Gravel to be laid from the north driveway and west of
the existing asphalt within 60 days.
4. No outside storage except for rolling stock.
5. Area to remain as grass to be cut, graded and leveled,
and all trees maintained.
6. $1,000 cash desposit posted with the City of Muskego for
the completion of work per the suggestion of Mr. Dawes
