APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

##EREAS, It is proposed to create two lots having frontage
on South Loomis Road, in the NW 1/4 & SW 1/11 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 17, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Dennis & Karen Rubenzer and
recommends approval to the Common Council for two lots having
frontage on South Loomis Road in the NW 1/4 & SW 1/11 of the NW
1/11 of Section 17, Town of Norway subject to receipt of the
$50.00 submittal fee.
