APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LEONARD WANASER
TOWN OF NORWAY
AS, It is proposed to divide a parcel to crea .te two
equal 50' lots from the property known as government lot 6 in the
NE 1/11 of Section 8, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, A variance has been granted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Leonard Wanasek to create two equal
50' lots from government lot 6 in the NE 1/11 of Section 8 in the
Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council
subject to the receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
