APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BART OF PARCEL 1 OF HYDRA-PARTS CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 h NW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 SECTION 10 MCADAMS, INC.
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
portion of Parcel 1 of the certified survey map for Hydra-Parts,
Corp. in the SW 1/11 of the NW 1/11 and the NW 1/11 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 10, and
WHEREAS, This proposed division is approximately 47,000
square feet in area, and
WHEREAS, This division is created in this BZ district for a
use permitted in the district, and
WHEREAS, This division will abut a limited access highway
and would not have an access to Highway 24, and
WHEREAS, This use will share the parking and access for
other retail establishments constructed to the south and east of
this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission waive
the requirement of Section 7:02 (required access) of the land
division ordinance and approve the certified survey map in this
B2 district as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 30' permanent easement is to
be added to provide access from this parcel to Highway 24 and to
Lannon Drive.
