PCR1987107##ER&3A%, The City received a petition for an expansion of
conditional use for three additional mini-warehouse buildings in
this B2 district, and
WHEREAS, The original buildings were approved in Resolution
#P.C. 94-86, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing for the expansion was held on
July 7, 1987.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of conditional use grant 1/97 for three additional
mini-warehouse buildings at S66 W19526 Tans Drive for Joseph
Beatka subject to the conditions established in Resolution I1P.C.
94-86 and recorded under Conditional Use Grant #97.
