PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT PERMIT
STATE SAND & GRAVEL/PAYNE AND DOLAN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 106-87
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for renewal of Conditional Use Grant 137 held
by State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an
extractive permit, and
also received a request from Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for
renewal of their permit for continued operation of the portable
asphalt plant located on Crowbar Road, and
gravel pit along with the asphalt plant, and
asphalt plant should be renewed at the same time, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
WHEREAS, State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan operate this
WHEREAS, The permit for the extractive operation and
WHEREAS, A fee of $300.00 for both permits to defray the
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing $125,000 bond for the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
Cost of administration has been paid, and

City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
1/37, and the approval for the renewal of permit for the continued
approval for the renewal of permit for the Conditional Use Grant
operation of the portable asphalt plant on Crowbar Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That both permits are for a period
