APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP ROBERT W. KLENZ, ETAL
SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 h NW 1/4 OF THE SW l/4 SECTION 10
RESOLUTION PP-C. 104-87
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
division of land in the SW 1/11 of the NW 1/11 and the NW 1/4 of
the SW 1/11 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, This division will be attached to the newly
created parcel approved in Resolution #P.C. 103-87, and
WHEREAS, This land is also zoned B2, and
WHEREAS, There is proper dedication for a public road along
the East boundary, and
e WHEREAS, This division is 4.7 acres gross and 4.039 net in
area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council and subject to receipt of all other fees required by
Section 10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the
city engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the condition that determination is made by the Department of
Transportation that access to Highway 24 is available to the
adjacent Kellner property, or a 30' easement shall be given to
the Kellner property to the proposed Parkland Drive extention.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 60' road dedication from
Highway 24 to the southernmost end of the property be indicated
on the certified survey map.
