APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SW 114 OF THE NW 1/4 & NU 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 SECTION 10
HYDRA-PARTS, CORP. - EICHE
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
division of land in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of
the SW 1/11 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, This is an approximate 10 acre division from a
total 103 acre plat of land, and
WHEREAS, This divides the BZ zoning from the RSM and RS2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council and subject to receipt of all other fees required by
Section 10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the
city engineers.
