RESOLUTION #P.C. 102-87
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a six lot subdivision in
the NW 1/4 of Section 7 on the McClurg property, and
WHEREAS, These lots have a minimum area of 120,000 square
feet which is permitted in this RCE district, and
WHEREAS, These lots will be served by mound/septic systems.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the six lot subdivision known as Glen Oaks.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
any objections by the approving agencies.
