WHEREAS, Jack G. & Charmein Kloskey, W188 ST718 Oak Grove
Drive have requested permission to construct a 20' x 12' second
garage structure on their property, and
WHEREAS, The applicants have submitted site plans for the
second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS3-OLS District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Jack G. & Charmein Kloskey to construct a 20' x
12' second garage structure at W188 S7718 Oak Grove Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this Structure
shall not exceed 15'.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this second garage structure
will be located a minimum of 6'8" from the south lot line.
