RESOLUTION #P.C. 100-87
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDITION P1 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted for Lake Brittany
Estates Addition #1 in the East 1/2 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, A previously submitted preliminary plat was
approved in Resolution #P.C. 48-87, and
WHEREAS, Copes of the final plat have been submitted to the
approving agencies and city engineers, and
WHEREAS, A report has been received from Ruekert & Mielke
regarding the final plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat subject to the engineers report dated June 22,
1987 and all other approving agency reports.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the necessary fees being paid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 20' easement along the north
property line be incorporated for the drainage area.
