PCR1987099RESOLUTION #Paca 99-87 APPROVAL OF ONE LOT PRELIMINARY PLAT ADRIAN HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Adrian Heights subdivision
located in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, It has been determined that this one lot
preliminary plat subdivision is located in the R1 zoning, and
WHEREAS, This lot is insufficient in size to meet the R1
zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, It is intended to phase the final plat to permit
development on one (1) lot, and
WHEREAS, This approval is subject to the approval of the
rezoning requested to RS1, and
WHEREAS, This approval is for a one lot subdivision and not
any other lots indicated on the submitted preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the one lot preliminary plat subdivision and not the other lots
indicated on the sketch.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the rezoning on the one lot preliminary plat subdivision.
