APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
NE 1/4 SECTION 14 - SCHAEFER
WHEREAS, A revised sketch has been submitted for approval,
and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 120,000 square foot
parcel in the NE 1/11 of Section 14 from the Schaefer property,
and
WHEREAS, There are presently two dwellings located on this
property, and
WHEREAS, This division will conform to the R2 zoning

I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
