APPROVAL OF POND
MALVICH - w1a4 ~9405 PARKER DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to excavate a 80' X 100' pond in
the SW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The pond would have a 2' horizontal to 1' vertical
slope for a 10' depth.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 80' x 100' pond with a 10' depth at W184 S9405 Parker Drive.
