WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a four (4) conforming

WHEREAS, This division is out of a 71.43 acre farm, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is Resolution #P.C. 78-87
approved the sketch, and
WHEREAS, The four lots meet the zoning requ
RS2 district, and
WHEREAS, Sewer is available on McShane Road

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map of the four lot division in the SE 1/11
of Section 11 subject to the engineers report.
