WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 212-86,
Approval of Parking Dump Trucks/Tractor-Lawrence Yaeger, and in
Resolution f1P.C. 36-87, Approval of Parking Dump Trucks/Tractor-
Lawrence Yaeger had denied both resolutions, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner had appealed to the Board Of
Appeals under Section 3.08 of the zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The Appeal Board on May 28, 1987 in their
deliberation felt that the petitioner should be given time to
find a new location to park the trucks, and
WHEREAS, The extention should have conditions set forth by
the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has recommended that the Plan
Commission grant a permit for one year with conditions.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the parking of trucks at W207 S8050 Hillendale for 12 months
under the following conditions:
1. Trucks will be used only five days per week.
2. No trucks will be loaded coming in or going out of the
premises.
3. The speed limit will be adhered to.
4. There cannot be any complaints regarding this operation
for one year.
5. Maximum of two tri axle trucks could be operated per
day and four tri axle trucks could be stored.
e 6. Hours of operation are from 6:OO A.M. to 7:OO P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission asks the
Board of Appeals to resolve whether this approval is for a period
of one year or a period of one year with extentions of time.
