RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING LAND IN THE SW 1/11 SECTION 16 - ~~ AND SE 1/4 SECTION 17 FROM RSl/L/Bl TO RS3/0PD - DEBACK
WHEREAS, The Common Council has been petitioned to amend
the district zoning map in the SW l/4 of Section 16 and the SE
1/4 of Section 17 from RSl/L/Bl to RS3/0PD, and
WHEREAS, A sketch had been submitted by Ron Badertscher on
February 11, 1986, and
WHEREAS, The sketch had shown mixed residential development
that could only be developed under a PUD, and
WHEREAS, The City Planner in discussing possible zoning
changes to the Comprehensive Plan had recommended that some RS3
zoning could be added along the north side of Woods Road and west
of Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, This area is now proposed to be rezoned.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend approval of the rezoning to the Common Council from
RSl/L/Bl to RS3/0PD in the SW 1/11 of Section 16 and the SE 1/11 Of
Section 17.
