NW 1/4 SECTION 15 - L (LOWLAND)
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition to
rezone an approximate eight (8) acre L (Lowland) in the NW 1/4 of
Section 15, and
WHEREAS, This land is now under cultivation and a catch
basin and storm sewer has been provided that adequately drains
this area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommends to the Common Council to rezone the L (Lowland)
district to RS3 in the NW 1/11 of Section 15.
