ADRIAN HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Adrian Heights subdivision
located in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, It has been determined that the lots are located
in the R1 zoning, and
WHEREAS, The lots are insufficient in size to meet the
zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, It was intended to phase the final plat to permit
development on one (1) lot, and
WHEREAS, It has been determined that this lot also lies in
the R1 zoning, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineers have stated other objections in
their letter dated May 12, 1987.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission reject
the preliminary plat as submitted.
