SW l/4 SECTION 32 - LOT 11 MCLAUGHLINS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition to
rezone Lot 11 McLaughlins Subdivision from RS2/0LR to RS3, and
WHEREAS, The sketch and certified survey maps show lot
sizes that comply to the RS2 zoning, and
WHEREAS, The need to remove the OLR overlay is necessary in
order to reduce the offset requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the removal of the OLR overlay and request the Common Council
modify the petitioner's request for RS3 zoning to RS2 zoning.
