WHEREAS, A landscape plan has been submitted by Gary &
Nadine Steger for a proposed dwelling on Lot 126 in the Lake
Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The deed restrictions for Lake Meadows Subdivision
require Plan Commission approval of landscape plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape plan as submitted.
