APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN - LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING CENTER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary sign for the
purpose of designating a new building or development for Lincoln
Point Shopping Center, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may permit the temporary sign
for a limited period of time in any district, and
WHEREAS, It has been requested to locate this sign back of
the base setback line in either one of two places, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner has requested the signage for nine
months.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary sign for Lincoln Point Shopping Center for nine
months in either location.
