PCR1987085APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT-MEADOW GREEN SUBDIVISION
RESOLUTION #P.C. 85-87
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted for Meadow Green
Subdivision along with the letter of credit, subdividers
agreement and deed restrictions and necessary exhibits, and
WHEREAS, A previously submitted preliminary plat for the
Meadow Green Subdivision was approved in Resolution #P.C. 235-86.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat subject to the following conditions being met:
1. That the Common Council rezone the subdivision to
RS2/0PD.
2. That the City Attorney approve the letter of credit
subdividers agreement.
3. That the City Engineers report dated May 12, 1987
conditions be met.
4. That the park dedication fees and 1% review fee be
paid.
