DETERMINATION OF WETLAND/FLOODPLAIN BOUNDARIES
RESOLUTION #P.C. 84-87
GUMIENY-LOTS 18 h 19-LUDWIGS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, It is proposed to sewer Bay Lane in Ludwigs
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Lots 18 and l9 are adjacent to a 20' drainage
ditch, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.05 (4) B of the zoning ordinance States
that the boundaries of the wetland/floodplain district are
intended to represent the boundaries of land not adequately
drained or subject to flooding, and shall finally be determined
by the actual conditions of each specific situation, and
WHEREAS, An on-site inspection has been made and the
wetland outlined, and
WHEREAS, The on-site inspection revealed sufficient area to
construct an individual home on both Lots 18 and 19.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
determine the boundaries of the wetland/floodplain as shown on
Exhibit A attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
approve the filling in of the wetland depending upon the
recommendation of the Corp of Engineers.
