W#F,RE49, The Common Council has been petitioned to rezone a
one half acre lot in the SE l/4 of Section 9 from B3 to RS3/0D,
and
WHEREAS, The legal description is lots 9 and 10, Block 1,
unrecorded Dreikosen's Plat, and
WHEREAS, These lots are now located adjacent to the park
and recreation garage and the historical society building (old
town hall, <W180 ST732 Pioneer Dr.), and
WHEREAS, The existing use and structure is now legal non-
conforming, and
WHEREAS, The rezoning would permit a duplex on this lot,
and
WHEREAS, The emphasis in business zoning has now been moved
to Highway 24.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council their approval of rezoning Lots 9
and 10, Block 1, unrecorded Dreikosen's Plat from 83 to RS3/OD.
