APPROVAL OF DETENTION POND
PETERSON-W152 S8011 MYSTIC DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a drainage pond In a
natural swale on the property addressed as W152 S8011 Mystic
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The shape and contour of thls pond has been
submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS, This pond will be 7' in depth and approximately
711' in length and 27' from the north lot line, and
WHEREAS, A letter has been submitted to the owner because
of placement of the drive over the drainage area and requested to
be corrected.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the pond detention area subject to the public works
superintendent's approval.
