WHI3WE4.3, A flnal plat has been submitted for a nine (9) lot
subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, A previously submitted preliminary plat for
Crimson Meadows subdivision was approved in Resolutlon I1P.C.
103-86, and
WHEREAS, The lots conform to the preliminary plat, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend approval to the Common Councll of the final plat of
Crimson Meadows subject to approval of the subdividers agreement,
and letter of credit , and payment of the 1% plan revlew fee and
park dedication fees.
