WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four lots in the SE 1/11
of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, These lots will conform to the RS2 zoning
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the four lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 11 and would be
receptive to a certifled survey map.
