PELLHANN-NW 1/4 SECTION 15
RESOLUTION PP-C. 77-87
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a one lot division of the
Pellman property in the NW 1/11 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for this
one lot division, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had previously approved a
sketch for this one lot division in Resolution #P.C. 59-87.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for a one parcel division in the NW 1/4
of Section 15 and recommend approval to the Common Council
conditioned upon receipt of $200 park dedication fee and subject
to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
