APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RUSSEL RICE-TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide one parcel from a
property located at 6620 Raynor Avenue, Franksville in the SE 1/11
of Section 13 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission and the Common Council must
approve divisions of land under extra territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend approval to the Common Council of the certified
survey map for Russel Rice in the Town of Norway subject to the
receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee.
