APPROVAL OF SKETCH-LAND DIVISION
FEEST - SI? 1/4 SECTION 5
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide eight lots in the SE 1/4
of Section 5 along Wentland Drive, and
WHEREAS, The City is proposing to install sewers along
Wentland Drive, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS3-OED requiring 75' average
width and 11,250 square feet in area, and
WHEREAS, All eight lots conform to the zoning of this
district as quaranteed by Milwaukee Title Insurance Service Inc.
per letter dated May 14, 1987, and
WHEREAS, The approval of the sketch is necessary to
determine the number of laterals needed for this development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch.
