PCR1987073APPROVAL OF SALE OF CITY OWNED LOTS-WENTLAND DRIVE
RESOLUTION BP-C. 73-87
WHEREAS, It is proposed to extend sewers on Wentland Drive,
and
WHEREAS, The city owns two lots on the south side of
Wentland Drive and because of the extention of sewers it would be
advantageous to the City to sell these lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sale of the two city owned lots on Wentland Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted
conditioned that the proper easement for the drainage ditch be
placed on a plat if so determined by the engineers.
